From Programs to Performance: A Systems Approach to Workforce Well-Being
Wednesday, April 22, 2026 (11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) (CDT)
Description
Many organizations are actively investing in workforce well-being, and senior leaders want to understand how to move from implementing good programs to creating lasting, organization-wide impact. This session presents a practical, systems-based framework grounded in five key elements that help organizations align current efforts and integrate well-being into everyday work.
Participants will see how better alignment across these five areas supports workforce health, engagement, retention, productivity, and long-term resilience—often by making smarter use of what already exists rather than introducing new programs.
