The "Benefits" of Health Plan Disruption

Description

Employers recognize major changes will be needed to provide health benefits in the future that are of higher value than when they purchase today. They understand current benefits design and healthcare delivery are far to costly, wasteful, and inefficient, and does not deliver the population health outcomes expected. Employers are more aware than ever of proven options to delivery higher quality and much less costly healthcare. However, a major reason for not taking advantage of these options is fear of employee disruption and blowback. Perhaps “the only thing to fear is fear itself.”
